The TLE8881-2TN is a monolithic alternator control IC designed for closed-loop voltage control in 12V automotive multi-phase alternators. It communicates with an Engine-Management or Energy-Management ECU through a LIN interface. Regulating battery voltage between 10.6V and 16V, it operates without communication interface. Fully compliant to LIN Alternator Regulator specifications (VDA, RSA-Nissan, HKMC).
