It includes the PSoC™ 4 MCU providing flexibility for developing motor control solutions; the 6EDL04I06PT - a 600 V three-phase gate driver IC with integrated bootstrap diode, over current protection, enable and fault reporting which enables high integration with a space-saving design; IKD06N60RC2 600V TRENCHSTOP™ RC-D2 IGBT in DPAK package with optimized design and improvement of the performance, controllability, and reliability; and ICE5BR4780BZ CoolSET™ 5th generation integrated power stage for ACDC power conversion, with features including high integration, ease of design.
