This reference design demonstrates the high performing characteristics of Infineon's OptiMOS™ 6 80 V power MOSFETs in the SuperSO8 package and PSOC™ C3M Main Line microcontrollers based on Arm® Cortex®-M33. This comprehensive motor drive solution utilizes a single PSOC™ C3M MCU to synchronously control the switching of two sets of inverters, with each set rated for operation at 1 kW. Native support of CAN is included for communications.
