The EVAL-M1-2ED2106S board is a power drive board including the gate driver ICs, IGBTs, power connector and signal interface. The board is intended to drive a BLDC (Brush-less Direct Current) motor by connecting to an external controller board such as EVAL-M1-101T .The board aims to boost the promoted 650 V high and low side gate driver 2ED2106S06F using the SOI (Silicon-on-Isolator) technology .
