6EDL_SPI_LINK provides an interface between a PC running Infineon's BPA Motor Control Workbench software tool and a target 6EDL71x1 motor drive board. Simple USB connection allows designers to read and write parameters such as: gate drive sink and source currents, integrated power supply settings, PWM output modes and protection features. Configuration is done through a direct SPI connection not requiring microcontroller firmware support.
