OPTIREG™ PMIC are automotive-focused power management integrated circuits consisting of integrated, multi-rail supply solutions for demanding automotive systems/ modules in segments such as chassis, safety, ADAS, powertrain, and drive train. This PMIC chipset has efficient, reliable, and safe voltage regulation and tracking regulators. Additional monitoring and supervision functions enable reliable and easy design of the safety concept for ECUs.
PMBus PMIC are industrial-focused PMICs by Cypress Semiconductor that brings a large product range for Infineon Technologies. The five output Point of Load (POL) digital voltage regulator is ideal for FPGAs, ASICs, and other multi-rail power systems that require large power supply. The IRPS5401 is a comprehensive power management unit with a power supply IC chipset delivering up to 5 output voltages to processors ranging from 5V to 12V. Several high-efficient configurable switching and source/sink linear regulators brings the needed core voltage, memory voltage, and I/O voltages.
