Overview

C515C is a superset of 8051 architecture, which enhances the C500 family of 8-bit microcontrollers by a new member which provides SPI compatible interface and full CAN version 2.0B integrated on-chip. C515C is equipped with a 10 MHz operating frequency and provides 64 KB of OTP or 64 KB of ROM, 256 B of RAM, 2 KB of XRAM. Typical applications for the C515C are automotive and industrial control.

module which meets version 2.0B of the Controller Area Network specification. C515C offers an asynchronous/synchronous serial interface and highly accurate 10-bit ADC integrated on chip. They are additionally characterized by on-chip peripherals with a programmable 15-bit watchdog unit. C515C devices use the package type of 80-pin P-MQFP.
