The MOTIX™ TLE9843-2QX is a fully integrated relay driven DC motor control solution designed for space-limited LIN-slave applications such as window lift. It combines an Arm® Cortex® M0 microcontroller core with LIN transceiver, low side, and high-side drivers and power. With scalable Flash memory sizes from 36kB to 64kB in pin-compatible devices, TLE984x family is easily adaptable to various application requirements.
