TLD4020-3ET is a 3‑channel RGB LED driver with protected linear current‑sink outputs up to 51.5 mA/channel. Channels can be paralleled for higher current. Each output is set by a 5‑bit current code, with 3 independent PWM settings. LIN interface supports bootloader programming, control, and diagnostics.
