The EVAL-2ED1324S12PM1 is a power evaluation board that includes a M1 connector, an EasyPIM™ 1B 1200 V, 25 A with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 (FP25R12W1T7_B11 ), and three half-bridge Silicon On Insulator (SOI) gate drivers 2ED1324S12P for motor drive applications. In combination with either EVAL-M1-101T or other control boards with compatible M1 connectors, the EVAL-2ED1324S12PM1 features and demonstrates our IGBT module and SOI gate driver technology.

  • Negative VS transient voltage immunity of 100 V with repetitive 700 ns pulses
  • 2.3 A / 2.3 A peak output source / sink current capability
  • Integrated ultra-fast Over-Current Protection (OCP)
  • ± 5% high accuracy reference threshold
  • Less than 1 us over-current sense to output shutdown
  • Integrated Active Miller Clamp (AMC) with 2 A sink current capability
  • Integrated Short Circuit Clamp (SCC) function
  • Integrated dead-time and shoot-through prevention logic
  • Enable, Fault, and programmable Fault clear RFE input
  • 25 V VCC supply voltage (maximum)
  • Separate Logic (VSS) and output ground (COM)
  • 2 kV HBM ESD capability
