The OPTIREG™ TLT125D0EJ is a high-accuracy, low-dropout voltage tracking regulator for automotive applications. It supplies off-board systems with up to 40V and 250mA. The output voltage accurately follows the 2.0V reference applied to ADJ input. It operates at a maximum junction temperature of 160°C.
