The MOTIX™ TLE9891-2QTW61 is a single-chip 3-Phase motor driver integrating an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, CAN transceiver, and driving stages. It features two 14-bit sigma-delta ADCs and enables advanced motor control algorithms. Moreover, the safe switch of path developed according to ISO26262 enables safety. This automotive qualified device is a perfect fit for BLDC motor control applications.
