MOTIX™ TLE9140EQW gate driver IC is designed for 24/48V BLDC motors applications with a supply voltage range from 8 V to 72 V. The device has innovative features integrated such as an active gate shaping feature that can improve EMC perfomance and reduce power dissipation. The product is designed in a small TS-DSO-32 packge which reduces overal PCB space of designs and is ISO 26262 ASIL B compliant.
