The monolithic die is based on Infineon's SPT technology, combining bipolar, CMOS, and DMOS components. It enables forward, reverse, brake, and high impedance modes for DC motors, and no-current, negative/positive output current modes for stepper motors. Controlled through a standard parallel interface, it saves space and costs with its PG-SSOP-24-7 package. Integrated protection and diagnosis features enhance system reliability and performance.
