The SAK-TC270TP-64F200N DC is a part of the AURIX™ -TC27xT family, known for its innovative multicore architecture with up to three independent 32-bit TriCore CPUs. Engineered to meet the highest safety standards, this product offers a triple TriCore with 200 MHz, 4MB of Flash memory, and a Powerful Generic Timer Module (GTM), aiming to reduce complexity, achieve best-in-class power consumption, and deliver significant cost savings.

  • Triple TriCore with 200MHz and DSP functionality (three high performance 32-bit super-scalar TriCore V1.6.1 CPUs running at 200 MHz in the full automotive temperature range)
  •  4MB Flash w/ ECC protection (dedicated closely coupled memory areas per core)

  •  472KB RAM w/ ECC protection
