The VD_1000W_GaN_PSFB_XDP is a reference design for an isolated 400V to 12V phase-shifted full-bridge with current-doubler using the XDPP1100-Q040 XDP™ digital power controller. It offers up to 95.36% efficiency, fast transient performance, and integrates PMBus and I2C communication. REF_XDP_1000W_GAN_PSFB is equipped with IGT60R070D1 high-voltage gallium nitride FETs, which enable high switching frequency operation at 350 kHz.
