The EVAL-M5-IGBT7 is a 3-phase inverter board for motor drive applications, featuring the 7th generation TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT. It requires a control board with the M5 32-pin interface connector, like the XMC DriveCard 4400. This evaluation board supports initial designs with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 in discrete packages, accommodating various TO247 packages with a rated blocking voltage of up to 1200 V.
