The EVAL-M1-IM828-A supports initial application development with the CIPOS™ Maxi SiC IPM. It features the IM828-XCC, part of the CIPOS™ Maxi product family, optimized for industrial applications such as power factor correction in HVAC, fan motors, pumps, and motor drives. When combined with control boards equipped with the M1 20-pin interface connector, like EVAL-M1-101T, it demonstrates the CIPOS™ Maxi SiC IPM technology for motor drives.
