The EVAL-M1-IM535 board supports initial application design with the IM535-U6D Intelligent Power Module. Together with the EVAL-M1-101T, it enables assessment of Infineon's CIPOS™ Mini IPM and Advanced Motion Control Engine for permanent magnet motor drives. The IM535-U6D integrates a 3-phase inverter stage, TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT, and optimized SOI gate driver for excellent performance.
