The evaluation board illustrates the design of a high-power density 3kW 90kHz bridgeless dual boost PFC boost converter working in continuous conduction mode (CCM). It uses 650V CoolMOS™ C7 super junction MOSFETs, CoolSiC™ Schottky diode, EiceDRIVER™ gate driver ICs, XMC1300 microcontroller, linear voltage regulator, and quasi-resonant CoolSET™. Note: Discontinued; successor is EVAL_3KW_DB_PFC_C7_2.
