Overview

The XC2733X (LQFP-64) and XC2723X (VQFN-48) microcontroller series is based on Infineon's popular and well-established C166 architecture. With a flash size of up to 160 KB and a 66 MHz performance, the microcontroller is well suited for low-cost motorcycle engine mangement applications or auxilliary drives.

About XC27x3X series microcontrollers

The XC27x3X series expands the family towards low-end powertrain applications. With a memory size of 160 KB flash, 12 KB RAM, and two package variants (LQFP-64 and VQFN-48,) these microcontrollers are perfectly suited for managing small engines and advanced auxilliary drives. The XC27x3X MCUs offer up to 19-channel 12-bit A/D converter, optional data preprocessing (data reduction, range check), open wire detection, conversion time ~0.675μs, and four serial interface channels to be used as UART, LIN, SPI, I2C, I2S. They are additionally characterized by a multi-functional general purpose timer unit with five timers, on-chip system timer and on-chip real time clock, and a programmable watchdog timer and oscillator watchdog. The XC27x3X family devices uses 48-pin green VQFN and  64-pin green LQFP package.
