Overview

The XC2722X (VQFN-48) and XC2712X (TSSOP-38) microcontroller series is based on Infineon's popular and well-established C166 architecture. With a flash size of up to 64 KB and a 40 MHz performance, the microcontroller is well suited for low-cost auxilliary applications.

About XC27x2X series microcontrollers

The XC27x2X series expands the XC27000 family towards ultra-low-end powertrain applications. With a memory size of 64 KB flash and 8 KB RAM and two package variants (TSSOP-38 and VQFN-48), these microcontrollers are perfectly suited for advanced aggregated solutions. XC27000 MCUs offer up to 10-channel 12-bit A/D converter, optional data preprocessing (data reduction, range check), open wire detection, conversion time ~0.675μ. in addition to a state-of-the-art connectivity with up to 10 ADC channels, and two USIC channels. They are additionally characterized by a multi-functional general purpose timer unit with five timers, on-chip system timer and on-chip real time clock, and a programmable watchdog timer and oscillator watchdog. The XC27000 family devices use 38-pin green TSSOP and 48-pin green VQFN package.
