The TLS850F3TUV50 regulator is ideal for automotive and battery-connected supply systems, with an input voltage range of 3-42 V and a low 26 µA quiescent current. It provides ±2% output voltage accuracy, 500 mA maximum output current, and features such as reset function, integrated watchdog circuit, and internal protection against failures like overcurrent and overtemperature, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

Features

  • O/P 5 V ±2% % current capability 500 mA
  • Input voltage range from 3 V to 42 V
  • Stable with 1 µF ceramic O/P capacitor
  • current consumption: typically 26 µA
  • Very low V: typically 100 mV at 100 mA
  • Watchdog inhibit
  • Separate outputs for reset and watchdog
  • O/P current limitation&Overtemp shutdown

Benefits

  • Lower i/p caps reduced filtering costs.
  • PCB space and cost savings
  • Power saving for battery
