The TLE9250SJ meets ISO11898 and upcoming 2016 standards, SAE standards J1939 and J2284-4/5. Available in PG-DSO-8 and leadless PG-TSON-8 (TLE9250LE) packages, it offers high ESD robustness and RF immunity for automotive use. With low EME, stringent EMC test compliance, and support for CAN FD data frames and bit rates up to 5 MBit/s, it ensures fail-safe features for ideal passive behavior.
