The 300W PFC circuit evaluation board uses ICE2PCS03 controller with 85~265VAC input, 393VDC output for optimal power factor. ICE2PCS03, an ICE2PCS01 variant, includes brown-out protection. High integration in 8-pin DIP8/SO8 packages reduces peripherals. A 65kHz frequency, CoolMOS™ C3 and SiC schottky diode thinQ!TM enhance power efficiency in the boost PFC circuit.
