MOTIX™ TLE9186QVW is a 3-phase gate driver IC with an integrated current sense amplifier. It offers a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 29 V and can drive 6 MOSFETs up to a total gate charge of 60 nC at a switching frequency of 20 kHz. Target applications include 12 V BLDC motor applications, such as oil pumps, water pumps, fans, HVAC blowers, engine cooling fans, and seat control modules.
