The NFC tags are designed to meet the requirements of the NFC market for smart memories. A comprehensive suite of security features includes 32-bit password protection, password retry counter, block locking mechanism and a unique identification number. It offers cost-effective solutions for a range of applications with 128-byte user memory and password. In plain mode, access to the memory is supported by 4-byte block as well as 8-byte page structure with password protection for user data read and/or write operations.
