It offers 100 trillion (1e14) read/write cycles, 151-year data retention at 65°C, and NoDelay™ writes for real-time performance. With low power consumption and robust data integrity, it is ideal for nonvolatile memory applications requiring frequent, rapid writes in automotive environments.
