Our TLE5014SP16 E0001 magnetic angle sensors are available as single and dual die products, pre-configured and pre-calibrated for easy use. Interface options include SENT/PWM/SPC (preconfigured) and SPI. The sensor configuration is adaptable using a programmable E²PROM. TLE5014 sensors meet ISO 26262 ASIL C (single chip) and ASIL D (dual chip) standards for high functional safety applications.
