The S29PL127J60TFI080 is a 128 Mbit (8M x 16-bit) 3 V Page Mode Flash memory with Enhanced VersatileIO™, supporting simultaneous read/write via four banks for zero-latency access. It operates from 2.7 to 3.6 V, offers I/O voltage options of 1.8 V or 3 V, and delivers page access as fast as 20 ns. Features include persistent and password sector protection, JEDEC 42.4 command compatibility, and industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C).
