The S29GL512T11FHIV40 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory with a 3.0 V core and I/O voltage range from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It delivers random access times down to 100 ns, page access as fast as 15 ns, and ×8/×16 data bus operation. With 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, sector protection, and a 512-byte programming buffer, it is ideal for reliable embedded applications. Internal ECC and AEC-Q100 qualification enable extended temperature operation.
