The S28HS02GTFPBHV153 is a 2 Gb (2048 Mbit) SEMPER™ NOR flash MCP with Octal interface. It supports JEDEC JESD251 and runs SDR and DDR transfers up to 166 MHz from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40 to 105°C. ECC (SECDED), data integrity CRC, SafeBoot, Endurance flex wear leveling, and advanced sector protection support robust code and data storage in industrial embedded systems using 24-ball BGA.
