S28HS02GTFPBHB153 is a 2 Gbit SEMPER™ NOR Flash in the HS‑T family for automotive, ISO 26262-compliant systems. It uses an Octal xSPI interface (JESD251) with 166 MHz SDR/DDR clocks and up to 333 MByte/s bandwidth, plus legacy 1‑1‑1 SPI. Operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 105°C. 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ MCP supports uniform or hybrid sectors, ECC (SECDED), CRC, SafeBoot, and SFDP IDs.
