The S27KS0643GABHI020 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with an Octal xSPI interface and 1.8 V-only supply (VCC/VCCQ 1.7 V to 2.0 V). It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock and 400 MBps throughput with RWDS data strobe, hardware RESET#, and configurable linear or wrapped bursts. Deep power down is 10 µA max at 2.0 V and 105°C. Industrial grade operation is -40°C to +85°C in a 24-ball FBGA package.
