S25HL02GTDPBHV050 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash in an MCP (2 × 1 Gb DDP) for code and data storage in industrial systems. It uses a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 105°C and a Quad SPI interface with 133 MHz SDR or 66 MHz DDR operation (66 MByte/s). Integrated ECC (SECDED), data-integrity CRC, Endurance Flex wear leveling, and SafeBoot support robust, recoverable boot and updates.
