The S25FS064SAGMFV013 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) SPI NOR flash memory based on Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and ECLIPSE architecture, offering high endurance and fast program/erase cycles. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports multi-I/O SPI with SDR up to 133 MHz and DDR up to 80 MHz.
