The S25FL256SDSBHV210 is a 256 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory built on Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, it supports up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read rates and offers hybrid or uniform sector options. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C), it delivers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced sector protection. Ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded code or data storage.
