The FM31L278-GTR is a 256-Kbit integrated processor companion with F-RAM, combining 32K x 8 nonvolatile memory, a real-time clock/calendar, and supervisory functions in a 14-pin SOIC package. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C, it supports up to 1 MHz I2C interface. Key features include 100 trillion read/write endurance, 151-year data retention, programmable low-VDD reset, watchdog timer, dual battery-backed event counters, and a lockable 64-bit serial number.
