The FM31276-G is a 64-Kbit processor companion with ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM), offering 100 trillion read/write endurance and 151-year data retention. It integrates a real-time clock, programmable low-VDD reset, watchdog timer, dual battery-backed event counters, and a lockable 64-bit serial number. Operating from 4.0 V to 5.5 V at -40°C to +85°C, it supports I2C up to 1 MHz. The device is housed in a 14-pin SOIC package for industrial systems.
