The FM1808B-SGTR is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) parallel F-RAM in a 28-pin SOIC package, providing nonvolatile data storage with 100 trillion read/write cycles and 151-year retention at 65°C. Operating from 4.5 V to 5.5 V with 70 ns access and 130 ns cycle times, it supports –40°C to +85°C industrial range.
