The CY15V108QN-40LPXIT is an 8 Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a serial SPI interface, offering virtually unlimited endurance and 151-year data retention. Operating at 1.71 V to 1.89 V and up to 40 MHz, it features instant non-volatile writes at bus speed and advanced write protection. Ultra-low power and industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C) make it ideal for frequent data logging and industrial controls. Available in an 8-pin GQFN package.
