The CY15V108QN-40LPXI is an 8 Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI up to 40 MHz and ultra-low power operation. It offers virtually unlimited endurance with 1015 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V, it supports industrial temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. Advanced write protection, unique device ID, and a 256-byte special sector enhance reliability.
