The CY15V104QN-50SXI is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 512K × 8 organization, accessed via a high-speed SPI interface up to 50 MHz. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V and rated for –40°C to +85°C, it delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles, 151-year data retention, and instant non-volatile writes at bus speed. Advanced write protection and low-power operation enable reliable use in industrial and data logging applications.
