The CY15V102QSN-108SXI is a 2-Mbit EXCELON Ultra Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 256K × 8 memory array and quad SPI interface supporting up to 108 MHz SDR and 54 MHz DDR. It delivers instant nonvolatile writes at bus speed, virtually unlimited endurance of 100 trillion cycles, and 151-year data retention.
