The CY15V102QN-50LHXIT is a 2Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, organized as 256K × 8 in an 8-lead DFN package. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V over –40°C to +85°C, it offers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 cycles, 151-year data retention at 60°C, and fast, no-delay writes up to 50 MHz. Low-power operation, advanced write protection, and a dedicated special sector make it ideal for industrial controls and mission-critical data logging.
