The CY15E064J-SXET is a 64-Kbit (8K × 8) automotive-grade serial F-RAM offering nonvolatile memory with 100 trillion (1e14) read/write cycles and up to 151 years data retention at 65°C. Operating from 4.5 V to 5.5 V across -40°C to +85°C, it features a fast I2C interface up to 1 MHz, low power consumption, and immediate NoDelay™ writes at bus speed.
