The CY15B104Q-LHXIT is a 4-Mbit (512 K × 8) serial F-RAM with a high-speed SPI interface up to 40 MHz, operating from 2.0 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C. It delivers 100 trillion read/write cycles, 151-year data retention at 65°C, and immediate NoDelay™ writes. Advanced write protection, low active (0.3 mA at 1 MHz) and standby (100 μA) currents, and an 8-pin TDFN package make it ideal for data logging, industrial controls, and frequent rapid-write applications.
