CY14V101QS-BK108XQ is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) quad-SPI nvSRAM combining SRAM with SONOS nonvolatile cells for battery-free data retention. It supports SPI/DPI/QPI transfers up to 108 MHz (54 MBps), with AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software STORE/RECALL or HSB pin control. Extended industrial operation is -40°C to 105°C with 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.71 V to 2.0 V I/O.
