CY14V101Q3-SFXIT is a 1 Mbit (128 K × 8) SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements for automatic data save and restore. It runs from 3.0 V to 3.6 V core VCC with 1.65 V to 1.95 V I/O VCCQ, supports SPI modes 0 and 3 up to 30 MHz, and enables AutoStore on power-down using a 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor or STORE/RECALL via HSB pin or SPI commands. Industrial temp range is -40°C to +85°C.
