CY14V101Q3-SFXI is a 1 Mbit (128 K × 8) SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. Data can be saved from SRAM to nonvolatile cells automatically on power-down using an external VCAP capacitor, or by hardware/software STORE; RECALL restores data on power-up or by instruction. It operates at 3.0 V to 3.6 V VCC with 1.65 V to 1.95 V VCCQ and up to 30 MHz SCK.
